Before you get started
Vinician handles patient health information, so we need your agreement to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before we create anything. Please read both — the highlights below are a summary, not a replacement.

- Vinician is sold to clinics and treatment programs, not to patients. Patients are not parties to these Terms.
- A separate executed Business Associate Agreement governs all protected health information, and it controls if the two ever conflict.
- Your clinic is responsible for obtaining valid patient SMS consent before enrolling anyone.
- Real patient data may not be entered while your clinic is in trial mode.
- Vinician is not a medical device and is not for emergencies — call 911, or call or text 988 for mental health crisis support.
- SMS delivery depends on carriers and is never guaranteed.
Privacy Policy

- For patient data, Vinician is a business associate processing information on your clinic's behalf under a BAA.
- For staff accounts, billing, and administrative data, Vinician acts as a controller for its own operations.
- We collect staff account data, patient contact and consent data, check-in and survey responses, and access logs.
- Patients direct access, amendment, and deletion requests to their treatment provider — not to Vinician.
Your clinic starts in trial mode
You'll get the full workspace loaded with sample patients so your team can walk through every workflow. Real patient records and text messaging stay switched off until Vinician approves your clinic and your Business Associate Agreement is executed. You can request that review from inside the app at any time.
We record who accepted, when, and which version — Terms 2026-08-10, Privacy 2026-08-10.
